A baby sized take on the classic Alice dress. The vintage lace pattern alternates with bands of garter stitching for the skirt; a velvet ribbon threads through the eyelets.

• 6 (7, 8) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 109yd/100m) of Rowan/Westminster Fibers, Inc. Silk Wool DK (merino wool/silk) in #314 greenhorn
• One pair size 6 (4mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• 1¾yd/1.60m of ⁵/8“/15mm wide velvet ribbon in dark blue
• Stitch holder

• Sized for 6 months, 12 months and 24 months and shown is size 6 months.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Chest 20 (22, 23)”/51 (56, 58.5)cm
• Length 14½ (15½, 16¾)”/37 (39.5, 42.5)cm

GAUGES
• 20 sts and 44 rows = 4″/10cm over garter st using size 6 (4mm) needles.
• One 20-row rep of Madeira lace pat = 2″/5cm
