• Size F/5 (3.75mm) crochet hook OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• 12 x 20″/30.5 x 51 pillow cover in blue or 22 x 22″/56 x 56cm pillow cover in cream (samples purchased from Restoration Hardware); pillow forms to fit covers
• Sewing needle and thread
