A damsel is best dressed in a Victorian pullover. The sweater’s graceful fabric is composed of ruffled edges, a dewdrop pattern of the bodice and a set-in sleeves. The waist and cuffs are knit in ribbed garter stitch.

• 8 (9, 10) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 111yd/102m) of Naturally NZ Me 8-ply (wool/cashmere) in #811 natural (A)
• 11 (13, 14) .88oz/25g balls (each approx 181yd/166m) of Naturally NZ Mist 1-ply (super fine kid mohair/nylon) in #600 natural (B)
• One pair each sizes 4 and 6 (3.5 and 4mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Size F-5 (4mm) crochet hook
• Twelve ½”/13mm buttons

GAUGES
• 21 and 40 rows = 4″/10cm over ribbed garter st using A and size 6 (4mm) needles.
• 18 sts and 30 rows = 4″/10cm over lace pat st using B and size 4 (3.5mm) needles.
