Head to class in style, your mat peeking out of a chevron-striped carryall that’s knit in one flat piece and lined with fabric. The long I-cord straps are sewn on and cleverly looped to adjust the fit around the rolled mat.

MATERIALS
Cotton Supreme Batik by Universal Yarn, 3½oz/100g skeins, each approx 180yd/165m (cotton)
• 2 skeins in #24 beach umbrella (pink/orange/teal multi)
• One pair size 6 (4mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One set (2) size 6 (4mm) double-pointed needles (dpn) for I-cord
• ½yd/½m felt for lining
• Sewing needle and matching thread

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Width 14″/35.5cm
• Length 19″/48cm

GAUGE
26 sts and 24 rows to 4″/10cm over pat st using size 6 (4mm) needles.
