The tendrils on the pretty vine-and-leaf lace pattern that marks this elegant beret appear to meander just so. A skinny-ribbed band secures the hat and lace patterned beret worked in the round from the bottom up.

• 2 (2) 1¾ oz/50g skeins (each approx 137yd/125m) of Debbie Bliss/KFI Baby Cashmerino (merino wool/microfiber/cashmere) in #15 carnation
• One size 3 (3.25 mm) circular needle, 16″/40cm length OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGES
• One set (4 or 5) size 3 (3.25 mm) dpns
• Stitch marker

• Sized for Small and Medium. Shown in size Small.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Circumference (at brim) 20 (22)”/51 (56)cm
• Diameter (across top) 10½”/26.5cm

GAUGES
• 24 sts and 36 rnds to 4″/10cm over St st, using size 3 (3.25mm) needles.
• 13 sts (one rep) to 2″/5cm and 16 rows (2 reps) to 2″ over chart 1 pat.
