Piece together this visionary garment—goggles are knit intarsia-style onto the front of the hat, while the earflaps and I-cords are worked separately and sewn on. An attached tie ending and pompom complete the look.

MATERIALS
• 1 (2, 2) skeins in #99 Winter White of Lion Wool by Lion Brand Yarn, 3oz/85g skeins, each approx 158yd/144m (acrylic/wool)
• 1 ball each in #113 Scarlet, #149 Pearl Grey and #153 Ebony
• One pair each size 6 and 7 (4 and 4.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO GET THE GAUGE
• Two size 6 (4mm) double-pointed needles (dpns)
• Cardboard for pompon template

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• Sized for Small (Medium, Large). Shown in size Small.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Circumference 18 (20, 22)”/45.5 (51, 56)cm
• Length (without earflaps) 10¾ (11, 11¾)”/27.5 (28, 30)cm

GAUGE
• 20 sts and 26 rows to 4″/10cm over St st using larger needles.
