Proportion and texture mark this sleeveless dress, with its floppy ribbed cowl and below-the-hip pockets. It sports a central traveling rib and cable pattern on a purl background, flanked by a slip-stitch shadow rib that also rings the hemline.

• 10 (11, 12, 12) 3½oz/100g hanks (each approx 100yd/90m) of Blue Sky Alpacas Worsted Hand Dyes (alpaca/merino) in #2010 rusty orange
• One pair size 9 (5.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One each sizes 9 and 11 (5.5 and 8mm) circular needle 16″/40cm long
• Cable needle (cn)
• Stitch markers
• Stitch holders
• Small amount of scrap yarn (for pockets)
• Two ½”/13mm snaps (for pockets)
