This two-toned layered confection uses ruffles and a rosette to perfectly suit little girls’ taste in togs. Each ruffle layer is joined to the previous one as you work, making final assembly a breeze.

Cotton Classic by Tahki Yarns/Tahki•Stacy Charles, Inc., 1¾oz/50g hanks, each approx 108yd/99m (cotton)
• 4 (4, 5, 5, 6) hanks in #3772 bright aqua (MC)
• 2 (2, 2, 2, 3) hanks in #3003 linen white (A)
• One size 7 (4.5mm) circular needle, 24″/60cm long OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One pair size 7 (4.5mm) needles
• One size 6 (4mm) circular needle, 16″/40cm long
• One size F/5 (3.75mm) crochet hook
• Stitch holders
• Stitch markers
• One ½”/12mm button
