This stunner of a choker is simply a Fair Isle rectangle with duplicate-stitch details, an applied I-cord trim and crocheted button covers.

• 1 1¾oz/50g ball (each approx 181yd/165m) of Filatura Di Crosa/Tahki•Stacy Charles, Inc. Zarina (extrafine merino wool) each in #1524 brown (A), #1750 fawn brown (B) and #1396 off white (C)
• 1 .88oz/25g ball (each approx 132yd/120m) of Filatura Di Crosa/Tahki•Stacy Charles, Inc. New Smoking (viscose/polyester) each in #1 gold (D) and #4 bronze (E)
• One pair size 3 (3.25 mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Two size 3 (3.25mm) dpns
• Size 1.7mm crochet hook
• 2½”/65mm shank buttons, tapestry needle

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• One size.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• 12¼” x 2½”/31.5cm x 6.5cm

GAUGE
• 30 sts and 36 rows 4″/10cm over St st and chart pat using size 3 (3.25mm) needles.
