The easy technique of striping blocks of color with a crochet chain produces this mock plaid pullover with raglan sleeves and crewneck.

• 6 (6, 7, 8) 3½oz/100g balls (each approx 110yd/108m) of Reynolds Lopi (wool) in #90 eggplant (MC)
• 2 balls each in #84 plum (A) and #80 pink (E)
• 1 ball each in #78 red (B), #103 orange-red (C) and #154 red heather (D)
Suggested substitute
• 6 (6, 7, 8) 3½oz/100g balls (each approx 109yd/100m) of Álafoss Lopi (wool) in #1241 gloxinia (MC)
• 2 balls each in #1242 oxblood red (A) and #1239 winter morning (E)
• 1 ball each in #9962 ruby red (B), # 1238 dusk red (C) and #0047 happy red (D)
• One pair size 10 (6mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GIVEN GAUGE
