The stockinette body of this man’s raglan sweater is anchored by garter ridges that set off a deep ribbed edging. The collar is picked up around the angled garter-stitch placket and ribbed.

• Classic Wool Tweeds by Patons, 3½oz/100g skeins, each approx 223yd/205m (wool, acrylic, viscose)
• 7 (7, 8, 9) skeins in #84013 Chestnut Tweed
• One pair each sizes 6 and 7 (4 and 4.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One size 6 (4mm) circular needle, 16″/40cm long
• Three ⁷⁄8“/22mm buttons
• Stitch holders and stitch markers
