Crisp as an autumn evening, Kagan’s fitted waistcoat is highlighted by panels of intarsia leaves separated by tiny cables. Cabled trim and pointed fronts complete the clean and sophisticated look of the vest.

MATERIALS
• 7 1¾oz/50g hanks (each approx 120yd/110m) of Rowan/Westminster Fibers, Inc. Scottish Tweed 4-Ply in #25 oatmeal (MC)
• 1 hank each in #17 lobster (A), #22 celtic mix (B), #19 peat (C), #9 rust (D), #15 apple (E) and #20 mallard (F)
• One pair each sizes 2 and 3 (2.75 and 3.25mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Cable needle (cn) and five ³/8“/10mm buttons

SIZE
• Sized for one size Small-Large.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Bust (closed) 36″/91.5cm
• Length (at center back) 19″/48cm
Note The fit of this vest ranges from loose-fitting (for small size) to close-fitting (for large size).

GAUGES
• 31 sts and 34 rows = 4″/10cm over St st and chart pat using larger needles.
• 36 sts and 34 rows = 4″/10cm over twisted rib using smaller needles.
