HONEYCOMB SCARF

With broad appeal from sophisticated to playful, this scarf couldn’t be easier to knit. Worked in I-cord with ISR’s unique pencil roving, this design allows for individual variation. Keep it uniform…. or create an asymmetrical design.

MATERIALS
• Imperial Stock Ranch Bulky 2-Strand Pencil Roving (100% wool): 1 round. Colors shown: 112 Wheat Heather, 101 Teal Heather
• Needles: Two US size 13 (9 mm) double-pointed needles
• Notions: Tapestry needle; 9” x 12” lingerie bag with zipper. Note: The use of a lingerie bag is highly recommended as it prevents the scarf from becoming tangled or from wrapping around the agitator of your washing machine.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• 6½” x 68” (16.5 x 172.5 cm), before felting
• 5” x 68” (12.5 x 172.5 cm), after felting
Note: Final felted size will vary, depending on felting process.

GAUGE
No st gauge for this project; 10 rows = 4” (10 cm) in 2-st I-Cord, before felting.
