This cabled cowl is a quick knit that will be the answer to your stitching wishes. A button-front emphasizes the oversized look.

Difficulty level

MATERIALS
• 3 skeins in #153 Onyx of Sasha by Lion Brand Yarn, 1¾oz/50g skeins, each approx 21yd/20m (wool/nylon)
• One pair size 15 (10mm) needles OR SIZE TO GET THE GAUGE
• Three 1½”/4cm abalone buttons
• Cable needle (cn)
• Small amount of coordinating yarn (to attach buttons)
• Tapestry needle

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• One size.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• 30″ x 9″/76cm x 23cm

GAUGE
• 7 sts and 10 rows to 4″/10cm over St st using size 15 (10mm) needles.
