This fun earflap hat takes shape in no time with a fluffy novelty yarn. The earflaps are picked up and knit after the hat is complete, so you can leave them off if you prefer.

Coyote by Tahki Yarns/Tahki•Stacy Charles, 1¾oz/50g balls, each approx 27yd/25m (wool/acrylic/nylon)
• 2 balls in #001 natural
• One pair size 13 (9mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Stitch markers

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• Circumference 20″/51cm
• Length 8½”/21.5cm

GAUGE
7 sts and 11 rows to 4″/10cm over St st using size 13 (9mm) needles.
