Peers’ operatic jacket is worked in panels of slip-stitch and Fair Isle; fox fur edging the lower sections and ringing the collar and cuffs of this Nordic-themed piece.

• 4 (5, 6) balls in #117 goldenrod (B)
• 4 (5, 6) balls in #120 red (C)
• 2 (3, 4) balls in #130 navy (D)
• 2 (3, 4) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 82yd/75m) of Luxor (wool/viscose/ acrylic/polyamide) in #5 browns (E)
• 1 ball each in #4 reds (F), #6 blues (G) and 7 blacks (H)
• 2 (3, 3) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 101yd/92m) of Galaxy (viscose/acrylic/polyamide/ cupro) in #2 pinks (I)
• 1 ball each in #4 pastels (J), #5 greens (K), #3 blues (L) and #6 dark greens (M)
• 2 (3, 3) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 65yd/60m) of Rialto (polester/ viscose/ acrylic/polyamide) in #22 ochres (N), #20 black (O), #6 purples (P) and #23 oranges (Q)
• 12 (13, 13) .5oz/15g skeins (each approx 4yd/4m) of Fur Yarn by Paula Lishman Fox (fox fur) in natural indigo (R)
• Several yards of a fingering-weight wool in a color to coordinate with the fur (S)
• One pair size 9 (5.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Size 9 (5.5mm) circular needle, 40″/100cm length
• Size G/6 (4mm) crochet hook
• One 40″/100cm separating zipper in red
• Pet brush to fluff fur
