This easy-to-knit crew neck pullover will bring purrs of pleasure from feline fanciers of all ages. Classic drop-shoulder design has been elongated from the original. This favorite first appeared in the Holiday 1986 issue of Vogue Knitting Magazine and has been revived in Tahki’s Tweedy Lamb.

WOMAN’S PULLOVER

MATERIALS
• 9 (10, 10, 11) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 104yd/95m) of Tahki Tweedy Lamb (lambswool/viscose) in (MC) for background
• 3 balls in (A) (cat)
• 1 ball (B) (stripes)
• Small amount in (C) (eyes)
• One pair each sizes 4 and 6 (3.5 and 4mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GIVEN GAUGE
• Size 4 (3.5mm) circular needle, 16″/40cm long
• Stitch markers
• Bobbins

SIZES
To fit 32 (34, 36, 38)”/81 (86, 91, 96)cm bust. Directions are for smallest size with larger sizes in parentheses. If there is only one set of figures it applies to all sizes.

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• Finished bust measurement at underarm 42 (44, 48, 50)”/105 (110, 120, 125)cm
• Length 26 (26½, 27, 28)”/66 (67, 68.5, 71)cm
• Sleeve width at upper arm 18 (19, 20, 21)”/46 (48, 50, 53)cm

GAUGE
18 sts and 28 rows to 4″/10cm over St st using size 6 (4mm) needles.

CHILD’S PULLOVER

MATERIALS
• 2 (2, 3, 3) 3½oz/100g balls (each approx 175yd/160m) of Tahki Windsor Tweeds (wool) in color #941 blue tweed (MC)
• 1 ball each #936 grey tweed (A) and #935 black tweed (B)
• 1 ball #939 turquoise tweed (C) or small amount of yarn for eyes
• One pair each sizes 7 and 9 (4.5 and 5.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GIVEN GAUGE
• Stitch markers
• Bobbins

SIZES
To fit 23 (25, 27, 29)”/58 (63, 68, 73)cm chest OR child’s sizes 4 (6, 8, 10). Directions are for smallest size with larger sizes in parentheses. If there is only one set of figures it applies to all sizes.
