These light PJ shorts are cinched with an I-cord tie woven through the waist eyelets and bordered with knitted picots.

Difficulty level

MATERIALS
• 2 balls #152 Pumice (A) of Pure Silk DK by Rowan/Westminster Fibers, Inc., 1¾oz/50g balls, each approx 137yd/125m (silk)
• 1 ball each in #159 Tuber Rose (B), #155 Mist (C), #160 Damson (D) and #158 Bliss (E)
• One pair size 8 (5mm) needles OR SIZE TO GET THE GAUGE
• Size 8 (5mm) circular needle, 40″/100cm long
• Two size 8 (5mm) dpn (for I-cord tie)
• One size 7 (4.5mm) needle (for 3-needle join)
• Size H-8 (5mm) crochet hook for provisional cast on
• Stitch holder, scrap yarn for provisional cast on

• Sized for Small (Medium, Large). Shown in size Small.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Leg width 20½ (23½, 26½)”/52 (59.5, 67)cm
• Hips 35½ (41½, 44½)”/90 (105.5, 113)cm
• Length 12½ (13, 13½)”/31.5 (33, 34.5)cm

GAUGE
• 23 sts and 28 rows to 4″/10cm over St st using size 8 (5mm) needles.
