A garter-stitch border is sewn onto the stockinette-stitch body of this vest, an excellent replacement for that old shrunken jean jacket.

• 4 balls in #2001 Dungaree Blue of Worsted Hand Dyes by Blue Sky Alpacas, 3½oz/100g balls, each approx 100yd/91m (alpaca/merino)
• One pair size 10 (6mm) needles OR SIZE TO GET THE GAUGE
• One size H-8 (5mm) crochet hook
• Stitch holders

• Sized for X-Small (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large). Shown in size X-Small.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Bust 29 (33, 37, 41, 45, 49)”/73.5 (84, 94, 104, 114.5, 124.5)cm
• Length 12¼ (12¾, 13¾, 14¼, 15¼, 15¾)”/31 (32.5, 35, 36, 39, 40)cm

GAUGE
• 14 sts and 20 rows to 4″/10cm over St st using size 10 (6mm) needles.
