The fronts of these pillows are crocheted in a single color; vertical and horizontal stripes are then crocheted on top. The backs are made from purchased fleece but can be crocheted instead if desired.

Deborah Norville Collection Alpaca Dance by Premier Yarns, 3½oz/100g skeins, each approx 371yd/339m (acrylic/alpaca blend)
• 2 skeins in main color
• Small amounts in contrasting colors
Note Below are the colors used in the pillows shown. You can use any combination of main color and contrasting colors.
#25-09 cornflower (light blue A)
#25-10 lake blue (dark blue B)
#25-08 dusty green (pale green C)
#25-07 lemon lime (yellow D)
#25-02 artichoke (olive green E)
• One each sizes 7 and H/8 (4.5mm and 5mm) crochet hooks OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• ¾yd/.6m of coordinating fleece fabric for backs. If fabric is 54″/137cm wide or wider, 2 backs can be made from one ¾ yard cut.
• Coordinating sewing needle and thread
• Straight pins
• 22″/56cm square pillow form
