• One pair each sizes 5, 6 and 8 (3.75, 4 and 5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Size H/8 (5mm) crochet hook
• 4yd/3.5m of unwaxed dental floss
• Three ¾-inch (19mm) buttons
