Knit in the round from the top down, the simple allover cable that makes up the main portion is anchored by a cable-and-rib brim.

• 3 1¾oz/50 g balls (each approx 126yd/115m) of Filatura di Crosa/Tahki•Stacy Charles, Inc. Wave (wool/silk) in #3 beige
• Six size 6 (4mm) dpn OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Size 6 (4 mm) circular needle 24″/60cm long
• Size 5 (3.75 mm) circular needle 16″/40cm long
• Cable needle, stitch markers

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• Sized for Small, Medium, Large. Shown in size Small.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Brim 19 (21, 23)”/48 (53.5, 58.5)cm
• Widest diameter when blocked 12″/30.5cm

GAUGES
• 27 sts and 35 rnds = 4″/10cm over chart #1 using size 6 (4mm) needles.
• 24 sts and 36 rnds = 4″/10cm over chart #2 using size 5 (3.75mm) needles.
