Knee socks worked in the round from the cuff down in a rib and cable pattern.

MATERIALS
• 4 1¾oz/50g hanks (each approx 175yd/160m) of Claudia Hand Painted Yarns Fingering (wool) in ink
• One set (5) each size 1 and size 1.5 (2.25mm and 2.5mm) double-pointed needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Cable needle
• Stitch markers

SIZE
• Sized for average woman.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Foot circumference 7″/18cm
• Calf circumference 8″/20.5cm
• Length (cuff to heel) 19″/48cm
• Length (heel to toe) 9½”/24cm
Note Sock is ribbed and will stretch 2-3″/5-7.5cm more than circumference measurements.

GAUGE
• 32 sts and 48 rnds = 4″/10cm over St st using smaller needles.
