This happy little hopper is assembled from shaped stockinette pieces worked in the round and stuffed as you go. Except for the ear pieces, that is, which are knit flat and sewn on in finishing.

MATERIALS
Sweater by Spud & Chloë, 3½oz/100g skeins, each approx 160yd/145m (superwash wool/organic cotton)
• 1 skein each in #7506 toast
• Small amounts in #7500 ice cream and #7512 watermelon
• One set (4) size 6 (4mm) double-pointed needles (dpn) OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Yarn needle, scissors, open stitch marker
• Black embroidery floss
• Fiberfill
• Poly-pellets (optional) *Note: Poly-pellets are a choking hazard for young children and babies

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• 5″/12.5cm tall (excluding ears), 3″/7.5cm wide
• 3″/7.5cm wide at front of body, 4″/10cm long at body front to back

GAUGE
22 sts and 28 rnds to 4″/10cm over St st using size 6 (4mm) needles.
