A deep textured pattern rings this close-fitting hat. The contrasting crown is worked in panels of stockinette and reverse stockinette.

Kersti Merino Crepe by Koigu Wool Designs, 1¾oz/50g hanks, each approx 114yd/104m (wool)
• 2 hanks in #K2425 (dark grey)
• Size 5 (3.75mm) circular needle, 16″/40cm long OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One set (5) size 5 (3.75mm) double-pointed needles (dpn)
• Stitch marker

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Circumference 20″/51cm
• Length 7″/18cm

GAUGE
24 sts and 36 rnds to 4″/10cm over basketweave pat using size 5 (3.75mm) needles.
