TURTLENECK COWL

$6.00

Knit Simple Magazine Fall 2011 #3
Design by Lori Steinberg

This warming cowl covers more than most, extending over the shoulders and across the bustline. The cable panel is worked flat in rows, as you would a scarf; the cast-on and bound-off edges are sewn together to form the circle.
