Patterning for this charming set is based on classic Mary Jane strap shoes. Buttons embellish the knitted-in “straps.”

Pacific by Cascade Yarns, 3½oz/100g skeins, each approx 213yd/195m (acrylic/wool)
Hat
• 1 skein each in #01 cream(A) and #17 peach (B)
• One pair each sizes 5 and 7 (3.75 and 4.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
Mittens
• 1 skein each in #01 cream (A), #17 peach (B), and #34 pewter (C)
• One pair each sizes 5 and 7 (3.75 and 4.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Two ³⁄8“/10mm buttons
• Tapestry needle
Scarf
• 1 skein each in #01 cream (A), #17 peach (B), and #34 pewter (C)
• One pair size 7 (4.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Two ½”/13mm buttons
• Tapestry needle
Note One skein of each color is sufficient to make entire set.
