This toque is knit in the round from the twisted rib brim up. The ladybug, which is knit I-cord style for a 3-D effect, and the leaf are worked separately.

Sheep(ish) by Vickie Howell/Bernat, 3oz/85g, skeins each approx 167yd/153m (acrylic/wool)
• 2 (2, 2, 2, 3) skeins in #15 red(ish) (A)
• 1 ball in #20 chartreuse(ish) (B)
• Small amount of worsted weight black yarn (C)
• One size 8 (5mm) circular needle, 16″/40cm long OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One set (4) size 8 (5mm) double-pointed needles (dpns)
• Stitch markers

size 3–5 years.

GAUGE
18½ sts and 24 rows to 4″/10cm over St st using size 8 (5mm) needles.
