The foliage of fall is knit right into Hoffman’s touchable gloves in the form of an elegant leaf-lace panel that flows from the cuff’s deep rib up the back of the hand.

Difficulty level

MATERIALS
• 2 1¾oz/50g hanks (each approx 160yd/146m) of Artyarns Cashmere Sock (cashmere/wool/nylon) in #295 oxblood
• One set (4) size 2 (2.75mm) double-pointed needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One pair size 2 (2.75mm) needles
• 2 extra size 2 (2.75mm) dpns to hold sts when working fingers
• Scrap yarn (for tubular cast-on)
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle

SIZES
• Sized for adult woman.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Circumference (back of hand above thumb) 7½–8″/ 19–20.5cm
• Length (tip of middle finger to bottom of cuff) 11½”/29cm

GAUGE
• 28 sts and 36 rnds = 4″/10cm over St st, using size 2 (2.75) dpns.
