Navy seals the deal on this roomy piece: Dark blue smartly accents the deep V neck, side vents, hood and cuffs. Full-fashion details and a shaped hood add to the tailored yet comfy look. The contrast-color bands are worked in a picked-up garter stitch; the edgings are finished with a skinny rib.
