A slouchy tam, worked from the ribbed brim up, features a reverse-stockinette background segmented by an eyelet rib. Want a slouchier effect? Knit a few extra rows before decreasing for the crown.

Ambrosia by Knit One, Crochet Too, 1¾oz/50g skeins, each approx 137yd/125m (alpaca/silk/cashmere)
• 2 skeins in #428 adobe rose
• Size 4 (3.5mm) circular needle, 24″/60cm long OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• One set (4) size 4 (3.5mm) double-pointed needles (dpn)
• Stitch marker

Sized for fit Adult Woman.

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• Head circumference (with rib stretched) 22″/56cm
• Length 10″/25.5cm

GAUGE
21 sts and 24 rnds to 4″/10cm over St st using size 4 (3.5mm) needles.
