Icy and earthy tones zigzag playfully, giving shape to this pompom-topped hat. Like knitted chevrons, crocheted chevrons rely on increases and decreases for shaping.

MATERIALS
• Soft by Red Heart, 5oz/141g skeins, each approx 256yd/234m (acrylic)
• 1 skein each in #9621 true green (A), #9520 seafoam (B), #9518 teal (C), #9870 deep sea (D) and #2515 turquoise (E)
• One size K-10½/6.5mm crochet hook OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE

Sized for Adult Woman.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Head circumference 18″/45.5cm
• Length 9″/23cm
Note Hat will stretch to fit.

GAUGE
18 sts and 12 rows to 4″/10cm over chevron pat (rnd 3) using size K-10½/6.5mm hook.
