Orders are shipped within two business days, and standard shipping may require 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Customers may have their orders shipped by Federal Express or USPS. Rates vary by weight and distance; your rate will be calculated during the checkout process in our online bookstore. Residents of non-U.S. destinations must select USPS as a shipping option.
