The back bustle of this highly shaped, close-fitting pencil skirt is knit intarsia-style into the main piece, while the same yarn also edges the hemline.

• 3 skeins in #153 Black of Ruffles by Lion Brand, 1¾oz/50g skein, approx 21yd/19m (merino wool/acrylic)
• One size 10 (6mm) circular needle, 24"/60cm length OR SIZE TO GET GAUGE
• 26 (29½, 32½)"/66 (75, 82.5)cm of waistband elastic, 1"/25mm wide and stitch markers
