Striking stripes in seven colors make these bright mittens a hands-down focal point. Each mitt has a picot hem and a braided cord that’s threaded thorough an eyelet row and punctuated by pompoms.

• 1 hank each in #63 Wonder (A), #46 Blue Jeans (B), #22 Chocolate (C), #37 Bone (D), #30 Blush (E), #72 Pomegranate (F) and #52 Papaya (G) of Guanaco by Aslan Trends, 3½oz/100g hanks, each approx 145yd/133m (alpaca/wool)
• One set (4) size 10 (6mm) double-pointed needles OR SIZE TO GET THE GAUGE
• One set (4) size 8 (5mm) double-pointed needles
• Crochet hook
• Scrap yarn
• 2"/5cm pom pom maker
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch holders
