embellishes the top half is knit; the shell pattern on the bottom half
is crocheted.

• 2 8oz/250g hanks (each approx 644 yd/612m) of Valley Yarns Monterey (cotton/wool) in #8179 Natural
• One pair size 9 (5.5mm needles) OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Size 9 (5.5mm) circular needle, 40"/100cm long
• Size I/9 (5.5mm) crochet hook
• One 1-inch/25 mm button
KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• One size.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• 32"/81cm at top edge x 18"/45.5cm deep, excluding fringe
GAUGES
• One 22-st twin leaf panel = 4½"/11.5cm, 20 rows = 4"/10cm over twin
leaf (knit) pat foll chart using size 9 (5.5mm) needles
• One shell pat = 3½"/9cm and 10 rows = 4"/10cm over shell (crochet) pat using size I/9 (5.5mm) hook.
