Flirty, flouncy and stitched in the round, a peasant skirt has plenty of country kick. Easy
rows of eyelet separate the tiers; knit it from the top down so you can customize the length.

• Size F/5 (4mm) crochet hook, 1yd/1m of ¾"/2cm
wide elastic, matching thread, Stitch markers
