Newton’s oversized, garter-stitch felted jacket has a shawl collar, turned-up
cuffs and pockets with flaps.

1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 140yd/127m) of Wm Unger Britania (wool) in
color #9 light grey (MC)
• 5 (6, 6, 7) balls of #809 medium grey (A)
• 1
ball of color #813 dark grey (B)
• One each size 8 (5mm) circular knitting
needle 36"/90cm and 24"/60cm long OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GIVEN GAUGE
• Three
1¼"/3cm buttons
• Four ¾"/20mm buttons
• Stitch holders
• Small amount
of lining fabric for pockets
