Paden's tea-length lace dress is worked in three sections—a beaded-lace bodice with buttons running up the back, a chevron lace skirt knit circularly and a seed-stitch waistband knit horizontally to which the other two pieces are sewn.

• 12 (14, 16) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 137yd/125m) of Filatura DiCrosa/Tahki•Stacy Charles, Inc. Millefilli Fine (cotton) in #69 white
• One circular needle each size 8 (5mm) 32"/80cm length, size 7 (4.5mm) 24"/60cm length, size 6 (4mm) 24"/60cm length, size 5 (3.75mm) 24"/60cm length
• One pair size 3 (3.25mm) needle for waistband.
• Size D (3.0mm) crochet hook
• 15 3/8"/10mm buttons
• Stitch markers and holders

GAUGES
• 33 sts = 9¼"/23.5cm and 26 rows = 45/8"/11.5cm using size 8 (5mm) needles
• 33 sts = 8"/20.5cm and 26 rows = 4¼"/11.5cm using size 7 (4.5mm) needles
• 33 sts = 7¼"/18.5cm and 26 rows = 4¼"/10.5cm using size 6 (4.0mm) needles
• 33 sts = 6½"/16.5cm and 26 rows = 4"/10cm using size 5 (3.75mm) needles
