Exuding a modern British silhouette, Patrick's cape features shaping diminishing cables, a stand-up collar, and overlapping fronts secured by buttoning. The look is created by working from the lower edge to the neck in three pieces.

• 11 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 75yd/69m) of Classic Elite Yarns Duchess (merino/viscose/cashmere/angora/nylon) in #1093 choice cobalt
• One pair each sizes 10 and 10½ (6 and 6.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Size F/5 (3.75mm) crochet hook
• Cable needles, stitch holders
• Two 13/8"/35mm buttons by La Mode, style #38542 in royal
• One 11/8"/28mm button by La Mode, style #38541 in royal
