Rubenstein's cropped cardigan is worked in a textured stitch with star-stitch edging. Detailing includes a stand-up collar, set-in sleeves, and a leather cord woven through the edges for closure.

• 9 (10, 12, 13) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 110yd/100m) of Alpaca With a Twist Baby Twist (baby alpaca) in #284 brindle
• One pair size 6 (4mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• 22"/56cm leather lacing (optional)
