This classic cardigan gets its polish from the double-rib trim on the cuffs, hem and front bands. The same rib on the patch pocket completes the look.

MATERIALS
• 3 (4, 4, 4, 5) 50g/1¾oz balls (each approx 125m/136yd) of Debbie Bliss/KFI Eco Baby (organic cotton) in Duck Egg 08
• Pair each of 3mm (US 2-3) and 3.25mm (US 3) knitting needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN TENSION
• 3mm (US 2-3) circular needle
• 4 (4, 4, 5, 6) buttons.

SIZES
• Sized to fit age 3-6 (6-9, 9-12, 12-18, 18-24) months and shown in size 18-24 months.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Chest 51 (56, 61, 65, 70)cm/20 (22, 24, 25½, 27½)in
• Length to shoulder 24 (26, 28, 32, 36)cm/9½, 10¼, 11, 12½, 14¼) in
• Sleeve length 14 (15, 17, 19, 22)cm/5½ (6, 6¾, 7½, 8¾)in

TENSION
• 25 sts and 34 rows to 10cm/4in square over St st using 3.25mm (US 3) needles.
