Simple as can be, this stockinette-stitch jacket with raglan sleeves and front pockets has the smartest rolled collar—it folds inside on its own after you knit it. In Eco Aran, a 100 percent organic Fair Trade cotton.

• 10 (11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17) 50g/1¾oz balls (each approx 90m/98yd) of Debbie Bliss/KFI Eco Aran (organic cotton) in Lime 602
• Pair 5mm (US 8) knitting needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN TENSION
• One 3cm/1¼in button
