Inspired by the traditional guayabera, this casual linen button-down sports diamond-cable lace panels knit individually and crocheted together with stripes of various stitch patterns.

MATERIALS
• 4 hanks in #2 Ginger of Worsted Wt Euroflax Geneva by Louet Sales, 3½oz/100g hanks, each approx 190yd/174m (linen)
• 1 hank each in #35 Mustard, #1 Champagne and #49 Charcoal
• One pair each sizes 4 and 7 (3.5 and 7.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO GET THE GAUGE
• One size 4 (3.5mm) circular needle, 24"/60cm length
• One each crochet hook sizes D-3 and J-10 (3.25 and 6mm)
• Six ¾"/19mm and six 5/8"/16mm buttons
KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
• One size, Men’s Medium/Large.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Chest 44"/112cm
• Length 25"/63.5cm
• Upper arm 21½"/54.5cm
GAUGE
• 16 sts and 20 rows to 4"/10cm over St st using larger needles.
